Hello Carol.

   Please excuse my late answer.  I just got to an Internet source
for this and ...oooh 24 messages to go through after hahahahah nearly
30minutes waiting for it to DL.

  Must say, that my diet during this junket here has been great.

  I came with open eyes, and I am very pleased even if my trip was shortened
due to whatever reasons.   Arab food is ok.

It has been a long time since I strolled the deck of any warship, but
then health wise it was always good for me, and I do miss my outtings
or turnarounds in the OG.    I leave that for my younger members of
the family now.

I had major surg and I got the opposite.... make the gangway to the
deck and you can join the ship.

Oh dear I am 60 .... but cut up enough even the sharks stay away
and as I tell them in South America,  they don't bother me due
to greezer burn ...or bad meat.  hahahahhaa

Still have a trip to make to Argentina to see family there.

Yes.  Covered all the way ....but Carol .... I make sure if I know
I am about to crash, that I do so inside Canada.   Mostly now and
I am sure by the Arab food I am enjoying and picked for my needs and
diet...like when I come home to Canada and ...well go for the medical
they tell me like last time...go back there.   My hosts will feel
honoured to be recommeneded.

  My diet-keepers?   Oh..that is only a part.  When I accepted an
invitation to come to this area of the Middle East, and see a few
countrys and places I just read and see pictures of... well they 
went beserk not expecting me to even consider.

My hosts, have done all they can in every area, from diet ....
to a really tough guy with a lot of hardware...no smile.

Maria usually keeps me powered up on cabbage and her diet soups for
loosing weight is great....

Peru they gave me this.... have naha a clue what it was....but never
had a problem since... and then I had a bad cold  <big laugh>
in Brasil, and they cure me in 2 hours with a drug that should
be banned period.   Natives....
