I think it's not so much the caffeine that is the target with this (though I
noted also they mention it is minimized), but more the acidity.. and you do
notice that right away. That much I remember about that coffee maker (grin).

Personally, I couldn't see a reason to drink coffee with 'less' caffeine to be
honest.. it's the reason we make it strong to start with (grin).. well, besides
the taste I suppose.

Hmmm.. perhaps...Think it would be weak?  normally you're only putting a pots
worth of coffee in the french press, not an entire pound.. I think that would
be the difference.
