Hi Dave,

Sorry to be so long in writing back but a busy few days with Steve's
official retirement ceremony put me behind the 8 ball.  We had his
parents, my older brother, a couple of friends from Alabama & Rachel,
with Robert & Sarah were here.  On top of that, the day they all all
arrived, we spent a couple of hours in the ER and I left with 4 stitches
in my right index finger.

-> Unfortunately so.  They make most of their money doing birthday parties
-> for the younger kids, probably 6 and under.  Kids get a small drink,
-> slice of cheese pizza, birthday cake and a set number of tokens to be

I must be thinking of another chain--similar in the arcade but no
animatronic animals involved--that give just slices of pizza.  We like a
thicker crust & the cheese (at most any chain place like that) seemed
less than top quality.

Neither Steve nor I are great fans of arcade places like that. The noise
level assults our ears in a fairly short time frame.

That's the way the things are going now.  We had our first experience
with them in the mid 80s, then went to Germany for 6 years.  When we
came back, the girls had out grown the birthday parties.  We went to the
Peter Piper Pizza in Sierra Vista, AZ a time or two while waiting to
move into housing. The girls also got together with friends there whle
in high school.  They had long tables with only bench seating--no back
support at all.
