I caught a neat one about 2 months ago at a yardsale.  Was in with a bunch of
kids toys and colored with crayons, but underneath, Jade on a silver chain.

I popped the end of the chain off then de-waxed the whole thing in a double
boiler and was right.  I now have a rather nice jade necklace for 25cents. 
Cost in a store for this new would be 40$ or more.  I even told the lady 'oh,
you don't want to let go of this, here's how to clean it' but it was too much
trouble.  Took me 5 mins then about 15 to get the beads matched up in size
and re-string it (then reclamp the end with one of Don's fishing hook tools).

Here's another for Peter and he may be able to find this specific rice easier
where he is:

      Title: Risotto(Italian Arborio Rice)
 Categories: Diabetic, Rice, Vegetables, Vegetarian
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 ts Virgin olive oil;
      1 sm Onion; chopped
      1 c  Italian Arborio rice;
      2 c  Vegetables stock
    1/4 ts Salt
           Pepper to taste;
      2 tb Parmesan OR;
      2 tb Romano cheese
 
  In a medium-size non-stick saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until
  tender. Add rice and cook, until, stirring, 2 or 3 minutes.  Add
  stock and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove
  from heat. Turn rice into a warm dish and season with pepper. Garnish
  with cheese.
  
  NOTE: This is a basic risotto rice .  Many ingredients may be added,
  such as green onion, peas, sliced mushrooms, clams, shrimp, lean
  hamburger or chicken.
