Sounds OK to me.  What about whte wine vinegar with white grape juice
for a white wine sub; would that work? What do you use for Miron or Sake
subs?

Sounds nice. I've been in grubbies (old jeans & tee shirt) most of this
week getting ready for the packers.  Steve treated me to a Mexican meal
out tonight--a burrito grande at one of our favorite Mexican places. We
knew it was good when we first visited and there were a number of native
Spanish speakers coming in for meals as well.
