Hello Ruth and everyone ....
   Well..I did it....deleted my reply, so here I go again.,

 No, not fun, but Ruth,  there is always someone who has it harder then
you, or I.   And if we can help, then I am all for it.
 
 As for recipes, and while I see a lot that temp me here, if I try
they must be engineered to suit my condition.   Visitors see how I
cook, and my wife trys to make things as I need them, and everyone
else...well they can had the salt and stuff...as my only thing
seems to be pepper at this stage...next year...they might have
me on the pole..if you know what I mean.

 Jamiaca, being on an Island, as you well know, is an interesting
sight.  Rich Porpoerty with lawns, and all...look great..then one
comes to the propertry line and it is like night and day.

Poor people living in cardboard boxes, and wooden crates with
metal siding for a roof.

Of course some of these houses for the rich  folk, are built
like forts to withstand the storms, with metal protection
with a flip of a switch that comes down to seal the windows
and doors.

Go with open eyes, and ears..and be safe.  Really

Got her, and she is okay with doing it, but only when she has
the chance...which means very rare.

Despite all in my life,  I am happy, if you can imagine this.

Well I have my comments, and I am not afraid to debate with them
medications.  Why have some pill do this, when he does , this and
that and makes my life that more miserable.    I have my thoughts
on why they do this, but .....

I am not that way yet.  My only time on skiis was a collision with
a tree ...and the pole was a great weapon... the tree got the
worse of it.   On the farm, I did cross-country to check fields
when we got surprise snow...and I liked it, even climbing fences with 
skiis.   Got'em all talking about that hahahahaha.

Yes... agreed.   It will never be beaten, just perhaps conditions that
help it happen.   Remove the cause, and you reduce it, but beaten NO.

OH no...you remind me of ice-cream pizza in Brasil.  That got me off them
for many years, until I made hospital approved pizza.

Because what you have written about steve, does remind me of my life
with Maria.  I may not understand Portuguese, or get it...I was useless
in school with languages, but somehow we have survived all...
