The city itself, yes.  But old time deep southerners refer to that also as an
area around it.  Kinda like 'tidewater Virginia' if that makes more sense.

I know of quite a few spots where I won't get fish either.  Local fresh
caught or not.  I insist the fish be very fresh or (in some cases) frozen
fast while very fresh.

We do salmon too when the price is right.  I'm not as fond of the atlantic
salmon as the red sockeye, but it works in a pinch.

Just got back from shopping (bought a new computer) and hit the asian grocery
on the way home.  Got 2 local channel cats (small ones, not but 3 lbs each),
a few 'butterfish' (may not be the same version as others are thinking of,
called'em miso fish in Japan.  Kinda like a silver dollar).  Also (Hawaiian,
pa-pa-pioh, no clue what english is for it, same thing, smaller, bit more
blue to the scales).

We cleaned and froze the catfish and will have the Papapio (sp?) tonight.
