I wonder what the difference between the Kentucky Fried Colonel device and a
Broaster (tm) is. I worked at a burger snatcher back in the early 60s that
introduced a pair of Broasters (tm) to the back line and increased their bottom
line by a considerable amount. To the point that the KFC store a block away
closed its doors. The Broaster would bring 20 pieces of chicken to perfection
in just 11 minutes from being loaded into the cooker and the lid clamped shut.

As there was a high school two blocks away and a factory directly across the
street ... speed and freshness were important.

I dunno what pressure the Broaster (tm) I operated used ... but, the
thermometer for the cooking fat had a "green" range from 350 to 375 degrees
Farenheit. If the temps varied from that the thermostat need replacing.

     Title: Amy's Mexican Chicken
Categories: Latino, Poultry, Chilies 
     Yield: 6 Servings

     4    chicken breasts; broiled,
          - cut up
     1 c  corn
     1 c  green peas
     1 c  kidney beans; mashed
   1/2 c  canned diced tomatoes 
          - w/chilies
     1 c  instant potato flakes
     1 Tb picante sauce; pick your heat
     3 c  shredded cheddar cheese
     2 ts salt

Broil the chicken breasts ahead of time and cut them into chunks.  Mix
the chicken and the rest of the ingredients, except 1 1/2 cups of the
cheddar. Spread the mixture in a large, shallow rectangular pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the mixture and bake in a 350
degree oven for 30  Broil the chicken breasts ahead of time and cut
them into chunks.

Mix the chicken and the rest of the ingredients, except 1 1/2 cups of
the cheddar. Spread the mixture in a large, shallow rectangular pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the mixture and bake in a 350
degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
