Very.  Even if we get into a bit of a rut as a routine, at least it's something

I have a long history with Telegard.  I'm mentioned in the docs as I was an
"unofficial" beta tester when Telegard/2 came out.  I also asked (well,
badgered :) the author into putting in a nice feature that will allow the sysop
to force the user to download a file during sysop chat using TG's internal chat
system.

As for your corner, I'm trying to make it a much brighter place.  Although, you
might get a kick out of a door I wrote called The Magic Oracle.  It's a
sardonic and odd little door...my version of The Magic 8-Ball(tm).  I've had
other sysops admit to me that when they get drunk, they start asking the door
weird questions to get weird answers...

Well, I'll always have it, but you know, if I lose more weight, that will help,
as well my using my machine regularly.

I think that may be it.  I think we will still be in this house next year.  We
might just host one.  However, we have a very tiny, tiny kitchen but a very
large (for this house) dining room.  I'd have plenty of parking in the back
yard...and there is a Red Roof Inn and Quality Suites within a 10 minute drive
(or less) near my home.  We do have the Tri-Cities Airport (TRI if you need to
know the abbreviation) about 30 minutes north of here and it's a very easy
drive...and I live about five minutes due east off of I-26.

Since I now have weekends off, perhaps I could take a Friday and a Monday off
and do this picnic thing...just people would have to bring their own cooking
utensils and such as we don't have much in that department.

It's definitely something to think about.  I know I may not always get along
with everyone in here, but I would be tickled pink to be able to host a picnic
down here.  Besides just eating, there are some beautiful sights to take in,
such as Watauga Lake and Roan Mountain...at Carver's Gap (5540 feet above
sealevel, I believe), you can be in Tennessee and North Carolina at the same
time!

xxCarol would be a fairly short drive from here (under 12 hours)...the Hafflys
should be fairly close (I don't remember where they're going to right
now)...just all the Nor'easterners might have a bit of a travel fit to get down
here, but I'd hope it would be worth it.

There'd be plenty of Fidonet and internet access if needed too. <G>

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Chocolate Dot Pancakes
 Categories: Cyberealm, Breakfast
      Yield: 8 Pancakes

    1/2 c  Prepared pancake mix
    1/3 c  Chocolate chips
      1    Egg, slightly beaten
      1 tb Sugar
    1/2 c  Milk
           Soft vanilla ice cream OR
           Cool Whip

  Combine the pancake mix, sugar and chocolate chips. Stir in the milk
  and the egg. Drop by heaping tablespoonsfull onto a heated grill or
  skillet. Fry until bubbly. Turn, brown on the other side. Serve with
  soft vanilla ice cream of cool whip layered between two pancakes.
