A real slogan?! I'm not sure what the Sox do*, though

Looking lively, we ate the Os' lunch - and we have
several more meetings this year!

I think there are about 250 mill ABYs in the US -

Last autograph I got was Gooden, the day after he set
the strikeout record. Should have gotten Fitzgerald's
(his batterymate) as well but didn't. That was on a
program. I hear stories of people asking for autographs
on various peculiar items, of which hats are very mild.

Vivace Sauce
cat: sauces, hot
yield: 4 cups (approx)

1/3 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, finely minced
1 bulb garlic, roasted
6 cubanelle peppers, roasted & skinned, chopped
12 habanero peppers, roasted & skinned, chopped
2 sun-dried tomatoes, minced, with oil
4 tbsp oil from tomatoes
4 cups tomato puree
6 fresh basil leaves, minced
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 dried cascabel peppers, crushed
2 dried chipotle peppers, crushed
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp black pepper
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder

Gently simmer the onions, garlic, cubanelles, habaneros,
and sun-dried tomatoes in the olive oil and tomato oil
until the onions are soft and amber. DO NOT remove
seeds from any of the peppers.  Add all remaining
ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour, until dried peppers are
reconsitituted and cooked soft.  Remove from heat.

Whirl smooth in a blender or food processor.
