-> 2 sun-dried tomatoes, minced, with oil
-> 4 tbsp oil from tomatoes
-> 4 cups tomato puree
-> 6 fresh basil leaves, minced
-> 2 tbsp salt
-> 1 tbsp garlic salt
-> 2 dried cascabel peppers, crushed
-> 2 dried chipotle peppers, crushed
-> 2 tbsp cumin
-> 1 tbsp paprika
-> 2 tbsp black pepper
-> 4 tsp brown sugar
-> 2 tsp cocoa powder
-> 
-> Gently simmer the onions, garlic, cubanelles, habaneros,
-> and sun-dried tomatoes in the olive oil and tomato oil
-> until the onions are soft and amber. DO NOT remove
-> seeds from any of the peppers.  Add all remaining
-> ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour, until dried peppers are
-> reconsitituted and cooked soft.  Remove from heat.

-> Whirl smooth in a blender or food processor.
