I'm sure it can, but whether or not it can publish is dependent on
whether the would-be Sir Rupert and his mates allow it to.

I agree.  I am sure that standard cockpit instructions would have been
devised by Boeing etc to avoid that sort of misunderstanding occurring.
As English is the language used world-wide for international
communications with the control tower, non-English speaking pilots
often only learn key, standard phrases.  If the tower gives
instructions using other than those phrases, partial or complete
incomprehension may occur, resulting in disaster.
