There are, but the way out from the hotel itself (if not in a car) has to be
adapted to get that way.  I estimate a 1.5 mile walk if using such a route. 
I consider that still in walking distance.

I think they can do it with an international license but keep in mind that
just means 'can drive' here, not the comfort value they may have if used to
driving 'other side of the road' and such.  Our habits are radically
different from those of say, India or Korea or Italy.

Oh yes.  I realize that.  These were 'acts of nature' delays.  It's one of
the reasons why when I make my own arrangements, i tend to ask for a 3 hour
or bit more overlay when having to swap planes.  You can always try to get an
earlier flight if you get in on time but a missed flight can be a mess.

Yeah, that thype with one long isle and 2 seats on each side.  20 rows total.
 First 5-6 rows are 'first class' but not very different from economy.  I
suspect my plane back is the same so the 'free firstclass upgrade' means not t
hat much.  Drats.   wanted to be in the fancy seats (grin).  As it is i
suspect the only advantage will be a little more legroom (irrelevant at my
size) and get on first then off first.  None of these are 'meal flights'
being too short.

Lets just say i wont do alot of my normalstuff on a wireless.  I have no
control on how secure they are if not my own home LAN.

This one was pretty good.  I was impressed enough at the price for the
variation provided. Call all the food about 3 star with variety of offerings
making it 4 star?  

I didnt see anything that didn't look suitably fresh although obviously I
sampled only a few of the offerings.

The best one to me was a 'water-fried' (Sasebo term) cabbage and other
veggies dish with shrimp.  I added straw mushrooms (the real sort, not Sasebo
'called that because looks like straw) and fresh kelp and the sushi maker
took a peek and grinned.  It was perfect with little tofu cubes.
