Niiice Mariners...although last night they
fell to the Angels who were devilishly naughty
in hitting balls out of reach!  Oddly enough
I was working, but not in the seating areas.
I was working a party of 1000 lawyers who
were there at the game for a "client appreciation"
party hosted by a company (CT Coresearch)
thats at a convention here in town. IP lawyers
from all over the world were there and it was
a great party inspite of heavy rains and cold
(typical) temps. Offer free beer and wine
Redhook ESB and Alaskan Amber for beers
and Beringer wines and Cold Creek wines.
They went through 6 kegs of beer (that I 
saw go out empty) and 5 or 6 cart loads
of wine! The party went on for the entire
length of the game and they could come
back from the seating area to get more 
beer/wine/peanuts/carmel corn/crackerjacks/
hotdogs/hamburgers...and such...it was a 
steady line going both ways! 
Oddly enough a VERY cute young barrister
from England took a liking to me and
spent most of the evening flirting with
me...She's younger than Amanda even
so while flattered, I was also slightly
(well more than slightly) embarrased by
her very obvious intentions!

those are often sold out well in advance.
the CWS I may even take off and we could
go together. We can never use our free
tix for Boston, or yankee games.
