"Do Fish Feel Pain?" - headline on PETA web site

The article on the PETA web site gave very detailed instructions
on how to ensure that fish feel no pain when caught by fishermen.
I also read another article (same site) about the evils of boiling
lobsters, as lobsters must be boiled live, and just like fish also
feel pain.  Apparently at the time the article was written PETA
had not yet discovered live crawfish boils...

Cajun is an ethnic group, most of whom live in Louisiana.
There is much more to Louisiana than the city of New Orleans,
and many fine restaurants that can be found everywhere in the
state.  Music is not limited to blues, as all styles of music
are prevalent, whether it be jazz, country, rock, zydeco, or
other.  It does tend to be a bit hot and humid here, especially
in the summertime.  But at least it doesn't snow.  Except for
perhaps once every twenty years or so.  And even then, usually
only a small amount.

There are many different regional cuisines available here,
which I find to be a good thing.  Although I love Cajun cuisine,
it is so much more to expand one's horizons by experiencing
other foods.

I kinda miswrote what I had meant to write.  Crawfish are not
limited to Louisiana, and can be found in many parts of the USA
and the world.  In Louisiana, there are two types of crawfish
of which I could not pronounce or write the latin names, but to
make things simple one kind lives east of the Mississippi River
and the other kind lives west of the Mississippi River.  Both
kinds are good and prepared in the same manner.
