200 is the default.  If you log on using Hyperterm as telnet client,
then you can get to an offline settings menu that allows you to change
that default.   I have not been able to find the same settings menu when
logged on via HTML.  But once you have changed it via telnet, it is
effective for HTML downloads.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Southwestern Tenderloin
 Categories: Meat, Beef
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2    Inch thick tenderloin
           Steaks
      2 sl Monterey Jack cheese
      2    Anaheim or Poblano chiles
      1 sm Onion
           Salt, pepper to taste
           Clarified butter
 
  butterfly steaks (cut almost in half
  crosswise, but not quite)
  Cheese slices should be about 1/4 inch thick and approximately
  the size of the interior of the steaks (on the off chance you have
  access to Mexican-style Queso Enchilada, use that.)
  Chiles , roasted, seeded, and chopped (canned
  Anaheims -- Ortega or Old El Paso -- are fine)
  
  onions should be sliced, and lightly sauteed (the onion should still
  be crisp)
  
  Place the cheese, peppers and onion on one side of the steaks.  Cover
  with the second side, and secure with toothpicks if necessary.  Season
  to taste with salt and pepper.
  
  Saute the steaks in the clarified butter until done to your liking (if
  this is more than medium rare, please don't tell me about it ;-)
  Serve with refried beans, a good homemade fresh salsa, maybe some
  steamed zucchini on the side.
  
  (I made this a year or so ago for our wedding anniversary --
  accompanied by a romaine lettuce salad with an oil/vinegar/garlic/blue
  cheese dressing).  Wes, who normally doesn't go into raptures over hot
  stuff, did everything but eat the plate ;-)
