I'm not sure where they went, so it's unclear whether you
will have this pleasure, but my impression was:

original - ashtray with bouillon cube

pepper - ashtray with bouillon cube with pepper

hickory - ashtray with bouillon cube

All Chinese stuff is a crapshoot. Clean Dave got a bandanna on
markdown, and after wearing it (without adequately washing it
out first) got kind of sick. Investigation showed it to be of
Chinese origin. Coincidence?

Oysters casino
cat: appetizer, shellfish
servings: 4

1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tb fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/4 c dry white wine
24 oysters on the half shell
24 ds hot sauce
4 strips raw bacon, each cut in 6 pieces

Oven at 400F.

Mix first four ingredients and divide among oysters.
Spritz a little hot sauce to and add a piece of bacon
to each.

Bake 15 min or until bacon is crisp.
