Certainly you are a shining example of what a good, clean, healthy
living style can achieve.  Likewise I have remained in reasonable
condition, thanks to a healthy diet, which includes a daily bottle or
equivalent quantity of red medicine from a cardboard box.  Perhaps if
you had taken more of that medicine you may have avoided the stone.

I have found that sausages are particularly dangerous to teeth, as
occasionally a piece of bone may be included, and as you don't expect
it, chomping does the damage.  That has damaged my teeth, twice.
Minor breakages - ribs and shoulder - have resulted from my own
stupidity, such as dancing on black ice the first time I saw it, in
NZ, or in my youth, showing off in front of girls.

I have made an appointment for next week for my annual blood analysis,
as I want to make sure I am not likely to have health problems when on
my proposed next overseas trip in October, to India.

The local "Taliban Traders" sell a large variety of pre-cooked Indian
packet vegetables, in "heat and eat" sachets.  Some of these, like
curried okra, look like dog's vomit, but taste good.  Others, like the
spinach curry resemble the dog's diarrhea, but also taste OK.  One I
tried yesterday looked interesting, but tasted foul; "MTR Vegetable
Pulao" rice and vegetables.  If you see it, don't buy it.

For today's wild, exotic, experimental, first time experience dish, I
have bought some beef mince from the Halal butcher and will try your
chili mac and feed it to Kevin.


... Everyone becomes disabled - unless they die first.
