Yes, giving you some fun and excitement for the day.  When we were in
GA, we got a weather radio.  It's been handy for letting us know about
severe weather in the area, even tornado warnings.  Had some times in GA
when it was going off issuing warnings while the post alert was going
off outside.

 DD> getting a pair of 14 X 17 glossy X-Ray portraits of my innards done
 DD> and, being bored, decided to take a nap. Blue skies and fair weather.

 DD> confuser. Power was out across a wide area of the city. Go figure.


Those times can be creepy.  No way to cook a meal either? We keep a
small propane camp stove on hand (used it in HI during a power outage)
and just got a new gas grill.  We have enough flashlights and lanterns
that we can see what we're cooking and eating too. (G)
