Pre-kids would make a difference.  Post-kids too.  A pinched nerve or the
MS (hard to tell the difference) has been making my right hand tingle all
day.  It's happened before.  It was pretty numb when I woke up, so I'm
thinking nerve.  Seems to be improving though.  As for Turabian, been there
did that.  It's been a while though.

I've got the paperbacks on smaller hanging rack whatsits suspended between
two shelves.  It keeps them out of harm's way.

Those tend to be the keepers, except for some rather bland Caribbean stuff.
The one is from Bermuda, but the recipes are all British.  One's a
Pennsylvania Dutch hardback, but it's a book club edition.  Another is a
classical French book, but it's from the Plaza or some other New York hotel
rather than France.

Sewing down the stash is a thankless tast. I try, but it keeps growing
back, rather like toenails and hair. I clip mine, but it keeps growing
right back.

Sounds like a plan.  Then again, anything that saves people from reading my
handwriting would sound like a plan.
