It started off with a baserunning booboo when it was still
0-0, and then the concentration seemed to go au revoir, and
then the floodgates opened.

Perhaps they didn't get the right treatment. I do guarantee
that after the right treatment, they'll be as good as any
clams anyplace. And when fried, I think they're superior,
though I am rather fond of fried cherrystones.

Peabody and Mercer Island are in the same leaky boat now,
I'm afraid.

The wishful word on the street here is that the diehard
fans are expecting the Sox to take down the Yanks from the
wild card position. As if.

I've been drinking Yuengling Light, as it's what's been
around. Not substantially better than the beers that
you'll find. You know what, I had a reasonably hoppy
beer at Market Street before my flight, and my tastebuds
were calibrated so that it tasted like IPA.
