I have only been on a "chemical trip" once in my life. And I later hunted down
the @$$hole who slipped me the mickey and beat him severely about the head and
shoulders. Not a nice thing to have happen when you are not expecting it.

I have been into hallucination land through exhaustion, though. Driving back to
Central Illinois from Granola Land I was near Rolla, MO when it happened. I
didn't have a lot of trouble with the circus elephants trooping across the
interstate in front of me. Nor with the beautiful, big, Bengal tiger which
loped alongside the car, pacing me at 70MPH. But, when I drove up the steps of
Notre Dame Cathedral, down the aisle, through the communion rail and out the
back through the altar ... I pulled over and let someone else take the wheel.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
  
       Title: Cathedral Windows
  Categories: Five, Candies, Chocolate
       Yield: 10 servings
  
       2 tb Butter
       1 c  Chocolate chips
       1 lg Egg; beaten
       1 c  Powdered sugar
       3 c  Colored marshmallows
  
  Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over the
  lowest heat setting.  Remove from heat when melted.
   
  Add the egg and powdered sugar.  Mix well.
   
  Add marshmallows.  Stir until coated.
   
  Turn out onto wax paper and form a roll. When hardened,
  slice into 30 pieces approx. 1/2 inch in size.
   
  Freezes well.
