Ärende: Going back to school

It's a mix and match.  Lori is in her 70's for example.  Delightful lady and
full of smiles and help.  Mostly though it requires experience with so many
seemingly unrelated systems, you will find the skill set is almost impossible
to meet unless enlisted type.  Kinda odd, but thats how it is.

I do not denigrate Officers, but they often lack the technical skills. Thats
ok, they 'plan and task' while enlisted 'effect the plans and tasks'.  They
may have technical skills as well, but seldom in this particular field.

Example in small microcosm: Officer: I need that radiaton safety officer you
warned me about.  Make it happen.  Me: survey who has the prerequisites, file
for funing based on location of school and duration and cost to fly person
round trip.  Come back with names suitable and funding after approval then
arange orders.

It's *not* that the officer is doing less (although that example leads to that
assumption) but that they have other taskings.

Hehe I havent tried the curry on this one yet but it was in mind!
