Does the american Navy not allow NCM to go to Military college on line.  I
completed a Bachelor of Military Arts and Science at Royal Military College
of Canada prior to doing my Bachelor of Justice Studies at Royal Roads
Have you looked at Royal Roads University as most of thier programs are online
and residencies are 2-3 weeks long each year.  For my program I had 1 3 week
res
at the beginning, one 3 week res in the middle and 1 66 hour practicum and an
Applied Research paper to write.  If you need a hand with your papers let me
know
I could proof read them for you.  Also What version of Windows Office are you
using?  Check out Citation machine as it will help you with the format for

      Title: Bannock Off The Trail
 Categories: breads
      Yield: 1

  2 1/2 c  flour
      3 tb sugar
      2 tb Baking Powder
      1 ts Salt
      2 tb Butter
      1 c  mashed potatoes
      1 c  canned milk

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add butter
and cut in until it is in tiny pieces. Add potatoes. Cut and stir in
potatoes. Pour in milk stir with milk to form a ball. Turn on to a working
surface and knead about 10 times. Place on ungreased baking sheet and pat
down to 1 inch thick. Bake and 400 for about 20 minutes until brown.

Variations: For a healthy choice used Whole wheat flour instead of All
purpose flour. Omit sugar and add 2 tbsp molasses.
