 Got ya beat there Dave.
 
 There is a park across the street from my house, and looking out my 
 dining room windows gives me a great view of the ball diamond, from 
 about 450 yards distant of home plate.  Kids in the 14 to 16 year old 
 league play there four evenings a week from April until June.  They 
 play while I sit at my table and eat supper watching their games.
 
 So as I enjoy watching them play baseball, why am I angry at baseball 
 in general.  Because the park used to be shared with kids in the same 
 age range playing soccer.   The local baseball club decided to many 
 local kids were getting interested in a game where they were active 
 for the entire game. This is a baseball and hockey town.  It has no 
 use for any other sport, so the council happily allowed the Baseball 
 club to dig a road through the park, destroying it's use as a soccer 
 field to put in a warning track in front of their temporary home run 
 fence.  The mayor and his council claimed the fence could be taken 
 down and park used for Soccer after the baseball season ended in June.
 That was how it worked, but you can't have kids running full tilt 
 through what amounts to a stinking ditch cut diagonal to the field.
 
 That was sick action by a bunch of pretentious S O B's.

 Little league, high school games, great.  All kid sports!  But when 
 someone gets a free degree or outlandish wages to be a rich mans toy 
 playing with their balls, I turn off.
 
 
 I better find something good to make up for this rant.

      1 pk Chili seasoning
      2 pk Cream cheese (8 oz ea)
      3 T  Salsa
           Shredded Monterey Jack
           Chopped nuts
 
  Beat chili seasoning, cream cheese and salsa. Shape into a ball and
  chill until firm. Roll in shredded cheese and/or chopped nuts.
