-> tomato sauce, a 16 oz can of diced tomatoes, a couple ofteaspoons ofhot
-> paprika & s/p.  Browned the meat, added veggies, sauteed them a bit,
-> then added everythig else & let it cook down for a couple of hours.
-> Steve brought it back up to a boil for about 15 minutes, then I
-> thickened it with a corn starch slurry.  Served with home made egg
-> noodles and and frozen (it's been months since we had them!) mixed
-> veggies-good eating.

Yup, a regular crocky pot kind of dish, we
make similar often. Most any leftover veggies
find their way in and it's always better the
second day!

That's how most of the Koreans get over
here in the first place...but it's still a slow
process.
