I cranked up my Internet computer and typed that site into it.  Very
interesting.  I couldn't see any estimated completion date, or picture
of what it will look like when finished.  Apart from the memorial and
museum, will it have any other function, such as being a centre for
organisations devoted to working towards World peace?

      Title: Garlic Chicken Pieces
 Categories: Spanish, Appetisers, Chicken, Tapas, A641.594
      Yield: 24 servings
 
     12 md Chicken wings; 1kg
           1 TB white wine vinegar
      1 md Onions; thinly sliced
      6    Garlic cloves; crushed
      2 sm Fresh red chillies; finely
           -chopped
           1 TB ground sweet paprika
      1 ts Ground hot paprika
     60 ml Olive oil
           1 TB chopped fresh oregano
           -leaves
 
  1. Remove and discard wing tips' from chicken wings.
  
  2~ Separate first and second joints of chicken wings. -
  
  3. Combine chicken with vinegar, onion, garlic, chillies, paprika and
  oil in medium bowl; cover, refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  
  4. Place chicken mixture, in a single layer in large shallow baking
  dish. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven about 1 hour or until browned
  and cooked through. Stir in oregano. Makes 24.
  
  Can be prepared a day ahead. Storage: Covered, in refrigerator.
  Freeze: Marinated wings suitable. Microwave: Not suitable.
