Not yet, as he is off onto Internetting.   He was here yesterday,
making pizzas, as I had been given a packet of shop-made white flour
tortillas, which we used as bases.  The most successful used coconut
cream, prawn tails and salsa, with some shaved parmesan cheese.  Kevin
was amused at a notice on the $2, just time expired prawn tails, which
warned that as the tail fins were still attached, they shouldn't be
given "to small children and the elderly".

His latest "self-help" medical treatment is for lack of feeling in his
diabetic feet.  He opened up a couple of empty wine bladders, and
after annointing his feet with a very strong chili sambal, he wrapped
the plastic around them and put on his socks.  After 3 or 4 hours, and
squishily walking from the bus stop, he said his feet were much
better, and had plenty of feeling.

      Title: KEVIN'S BRILLIANT WHOLEMEAL CRUSTY PIZZA!!!

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 tb Oil.
      2    Onions, chopped.
      2    Garlic cloves.
    400 g  Tomatoes, canned or fresh.
      2 tb Tomato paste.
      1 ts Oregano, dried.
      1 sm Chilli, chopped.
    325 g  Mozzarella cheese.
      1    Capsicum, red, sliced.
      1    Capsicum, green, sliced.
     24    Olives.
           ===CRUST====================
  1 1/2 c  Wholemeal plain flour.
      1 ts Sugar.
      1 ts Salt.
      7 g  Yeast. [packet]
      2 tb Oil.
    1/2 c  Water, hot.
      1    Garlic clove, diced fine.
 
  Grease a 25cm x 30cm Swiss roll tray. Roll out dough large enough to
  line base and sides of the prepared tray. Heat oil in frying pan, add
  onions and garlic, cook until onions are soft. Add sliced/crushed
  tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and chilli. Bring to the boil.,
  reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spread tomato
  sauce over pizza base, sprinkle with cheese, top with capsicum and
  olives. Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes.
  
  PIZZA BASE: Sift flour, garlic, sugar and salt into a bowl, add yeast
  and mix well. Make a well in the centre, add combined oil and water,
  mix to a firm dough.
  
  Turn out onto a floured surface, knead for about 10 minutes or until
  the dough is wsmooth and elastic. Place in a lightly oiled bowl,
  cover and stand in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until dough
  has doubled in bulk. Knead dough until smooth.
  
  This is a beauty for the electric frypan, well greased.-Kevin.
