-> -> pan in roughly teaspoon size amounts and put it in the freezer.
-> -> Tomorrow morning I'll pop them out and into a container so I can have
-> -> roasted garlic for garlic butter, etc on hand.  I may do a few more
-> -> heads the next time I need to use the oven.

I like the smell of roasted garlic. I get to smell
enough garlic at the ballpark as the garlic fries
are very popular (and they have a LOT of garlic
on them!)
We only have six home games left so the season
is getting shorter and shorter!
