 Darn the story of my life, close but never hit the mark exactly.

 ->  ->  while bass fishing one evening and the fish bit the plug in half.

 ->  We bring Perch and Walley home.  We won't even keep a walleye over 
 ->  about 18 inches as they get kinda chewy then.  We are picky fishermen.

 Yea!!!  Now I feel a lot more refined than before.  Thank you.

 ->  Maybe he will take me sometime.  For a 13 year old he sure has been 
 ->  around.  California at Stanford last month for ten days, then another 
 ->  10 days roaming the coast with his Mom.  She has a doctor friend who 
 ->  does volunteer work in the Caribbean part time and has a house down 
 ->  there in the Cayman Islands.  He lets her and Jake use it for a few 
 ->  weeks at a time.  That's cool as he gets to hang out with local kids
 ->  and learn about their lifestyle.  Much better than going on a cruise 
 ->  or a vacation resort type thing. I wouldn't be surprised if they were 
 ->  to tell me they intend to make that motorcycle trip I've always dreamed 
 ->  about across the Swiss Alps next year.  :-)

 Well, I did push it as long as I could.  Betcha you did to, but this
 second run at childhood isn't that bad you know.  It was the job and
 responsibility stuff that got in the way and wrecked the middle part.

 I need to drop a few pounds, like about 80, to feel better again and 
 get the use back in my knees.  I know that's the problem, but food 
 just taste so darn good.   It's all Dorothy's fault you know.  If she
 was a bad cook, I could be slim and trim.

 I don't think anyone here would trade a fresh fish caught on a 
 charter boat for anything stuffed in a can that was taken out of 
 a river with a seine just before it completely decomposed into 
 worm food.

 I like the ones the restaurant makes for me.  The fish market
 sells perch for $12 a pound. Or a perch dinner with about a 
 pound of properly cooked perch, few fries and some slaw on a 
 Styrofoam platter for $13.   Guess which way I go. :-)
