Very true.  Between Kodak and Xerox lay offs, that area is hurting.
Kodak got hit really bad by not developing their own version of a
digital camera soon enough; they thought the market for film would still
stay strong.

We dumb it down too but bring various forms/levels of heat.  That way we
can't be blamed for making it too hot or mild.  There will be kids
eating this, probably ones not used to hot stuff (same with adults) so
it will have to be on the milder side.

We'll have to repost the recipe.  It's one we got from a Prevention cook
book while we were in HI, originally published for tuna but we found
salmon works well too.

Thanks; it was a nice surprise. I must have not had anything deducted on
