You still have the fun of weighing the egg somehow.:-)  It's pretty close
to how I cook sometimes anyway, but codified.

I'd imagine they left it to the cook's discretion.  It's one of those
season to taste things.

Then you'll be ditching books, at least to some extent, so you can move. 
At which point the fabric will build back up.  I've got Ebay stock up to my
eyebrows.  I should stop buying for a while, but you always go to that next
estate sale in the hopes of finding that next big score.  I got a piece of
antiphonal sheet music last week for FREE.  I'm not sure how old, but it's
hand-written on parchment.  Some idjut rolled it up like a poster and now
I'm afraid to try and flatten it.  The condition is pretty rough, but for
free I'm happy.
