And my thought that people are marketed into obsession with money, work as a
means to get money, sex, etc., etc., etc. by very clever marketing and
marketroids. Money, AFAIAC, is just a means of exchange to get the things I
desire. Since I do not succumb easily to the blandishments of the marketroids
and their rosy pictures of "success", etc. I am not obsessed with chasing the
material objects of that "success'. But, I see others who are - to the point of
losing their unique identities and personalities and their chance to contribute
something positive to this old mud ball we call home. And I blame the
marketroids - who may also be the victims of marketroids past. But, machs
nicht. Up Against The Wall Motherf****r!!! And, no, you can't have a last
Marlboro - it's dangerous to the planet's health.

Thanks. Sometimes it takes some reading between the lines. It looks like the
pilots were somewhat (quite a bit) below their glide slope ... and basically
flew the plane into the ground. If they were landing on instruments (as they
should have been) and a lightning strike screwed up the readings of the glide
slope indicator (without knocking out or burning up the instrument) then
....... Still lots of ifs and shoulda, coulda, woulda stuff and nits to pick.
None of which will prove or solve anything. Especially as that particular wreck
was unique and not repeated (Ozark's only fatal, BTW).

      Title: Fatal Chocolate Crepes
 Categories: Desserts, Breads, Fruits, Chocolate
      Yield: 6 servings
 
MMMMM--------------------------CREPES-------------------------------
      3 lg Eggs
    3/4 c  Water
    1/2 c  Half & half
    3/4 c  + 2 tb all-purpose flour
      3 tb Cocoa
      2 tb Granulated sugar
    1/8 ts Salt
      3 tb Butter; melted, cooled
           Cooking spray for pan
           Fruit compote or fruit pie
           - filling
           Whipped cream for topping
   
MMMMM----------------------CHOCOLATE SAUCE--------------------------
    3/4 c  Sugar
    1/3 c  Cocoa
    1/2 c  + 2 tb evaporated milk
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/8 ts Salt

  Filled with fruit, these crepes are light and airy and sweet
  and tart at the same time. Top with whipped cream and home
  made chocolate sauce and you have a delicious, light dessert
  that pleases just about every palate.

  CREPES:

  1. Combine eggs, water and cream in blender; blend 10 secs.
  Add flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and butter; blend until smooth.
  Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

  2. Spray 6" crepe pan lightly with cooking spray; heat over
  medium heat. For each crepe, pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter
  in pan; lift and tilt pan to spread batter. Return to heat;
  cook until surface begins to dry. Loosen crepe around edges;
  turn and lightly cook other side. Stack crepes, placing wax
  or parchment paper between each. Keep covered.

  3. Just before serving, place 2 tablespoons fruit filling
  onto each crepe; roll up. Place crepes, seam-side down, on
  dessert plate. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with
  whipped cream.

  CHOCOLATE SAUCE: Stir together sugar and cocoa in small
  saucepan; gradually stir in evaporated milk. Add butter
  and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly,
  until mixture boils. Remove from heat.

  Recipe Origin: Based on a recipe on an old Hershey's Can
  of Cocoa - I only have the label, and it's in French for
  some reason...
