Now I can.  First 2 weeks was tough.  Then I kicked the cat out of the center
of the sofa and esconched there and it was better.  I hate having to sleep
flat on my back but that sofa dips and 'lifts' just right so the slight
incline was perfect for healing.

No egg but it's sort of an apple-betty / dutch apple crumb in effect and
easy to make.

Here's a leftover a neighbor showed me.  It's simple and quite good!

2 rolls of pillsberry biscuits.  Layer one set, all sorta smooshed together
in the bottom of a fairly deep square pan.  Cover with leftover cranberry
relish (real stuff with cranberries, sugar, water).  Take second roll of
biscuits and top with them.  Less smossohing of top layer.  Fill holes and
liberally cover with brown sugar and brushed/drizzeled butter.

Bake about 25 mins at 375 and test for bottom doneness.  I used a glass pan
so you could see the bottom (grin).

A strangely southern feeling dish.
