  Give them a try and let us know what you think.  I like their fish
  platter better than their fried seafood platter which has fish and
  other things.   We also like their burgers.

  I will warn you that it is a kid-friendly place, and the noise level
  can sometimes be a bit high:-}}


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: UNCLE DIRTY DAVE'S FISH PARMESAN
 Categories: Cheese, Seafood, Casserole
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      3 lb Whitefish filets
      1    Jar Spaghetti sauce
           - (generic will do)
      1 lb Fresh mushrooms, washed
           - and sliced
    1/4 lb Butter
      8 oz Mozzarella or Provelone
           - sliced
      8 oz Parmesan or Romano chunk
 
  HOW IT GOES TOGETHER:
  
  Use part of the butter to grease a deep baking dish. Pour a thin
  coating of sauce into the bottom and then line the bottom with a
  layer fish filets. Top the fish with sauce and sliced mushrooms.
  Cover with mozzarella cheese. Build more layers as described until
  the baking dish is filled within 3/4" of top. Grate parmesan onto
  top of dish until you have a fairly thick layer (1/4" or so) of
  springy curls of cheese. Slice remainder of stick of butter into
  pats and distribute over top of shredded cheese.
  
  Put into 325 F oven for 20 - 30 minutes until parmesan cheese is
  a nice golden brown. The fish will be done by that time and all
  will be right with the world.
  
  NOTES: I *always* get whatever white fish that is on sale/cheap.
  I've done this with cod, whiting, perch, etc. I doesn't seem
  to make a difference.
  
  I've had really good results with both generic red sauce and
  Prego/Ragu (with and without chunks). You don't have to go
  into the poor house to make this. And it reheats really well.
  
  SUGGESTIONS FOR GO WITHS: Asparagus spears, buttered spinach,
  small tossed salad, French cut green beans w/pearl onions
  (choose one). If I'm doing wine I serve Tavola Dago Red Table
  Wine and to heck with the white wine with fish guys. We're
  talking HEARTY dish here, and red sauce. Needs a red wine with
  body.
