I'll buy the fresh ground in whatever size packs are available and break
it down as needed.  Lately I've been mixing fresh ground beef and turkey
in a 50/50 ratio, freezing in 1 lb packages.

They weren't expensive but they are pretty.  There was a set of dark
green beads but Steve saw a string of lighter green with gold stones
(beads) alternating with small gold beads.  Those are the ones I got.

As always. We've had similar instances.
