It's your choice. I've got limited flex flex to my wrists and am happy
with that.  One ortho doc wanted to fuse them, allowing no flex.  A 2nd
one suggested the bone graft/plate route followed by therapy.  I opted
for that & not regretted it.

They sure do!  It's to catch the leakage from all the times you get
stuck with a needle.

IOW, today.  Enjoy your visit.  We're getting ready for classes tonight.
Steve is listening to a rabbi (OK, I am too but he's paying more
attention.) getting his ear in tune for ancient Hebrew.  I've got the
start of an early supper on the stove and working on Fido I downloaded
Tuesday night.

Doesn't sound like fun.  And IVs instead of regular food like Michael is
getting.  But, generally if you're in ICU, you don't really care about
eating anyway.

-> Fruit juice, yes.  Alcohol, debateable.  I can remember orange and blue

Probably also depends on where you were.  I worked at a Jewish camp the
summer between junior & senior years of high school.  Lots of bug
juice served there to keep with the kosher dietary laws.
