I'll go back to sleep, eventually, not easily, most of the time.  A
couple of years ago when we were visiting my parents, I was having
problems with leg cramps. I suggested to Steve that we go get some
bananas (for the potassium) to help with the cramping and got a "you,
too" sort of response.  I'd not known that he was feeling the lack of
bananas (we split one just about every morning) as well.  Got the fruit
and the cramping cleared up.

You're the best judge of that.  I saw a pain specialist when we were in
HI; it was his reccommendation that I keep a constant level of meds in
my system to keep the pain under control. Before that, it was a more
after the fact, when I realised I was hurting, use of them & they
weren't as effective. That was before I broke the foot, when I was
having a lot of trouble with my wrists. Good advice tho.

Working on it, stayed in the past few days except for the trip to the
doctor.  I'll go out tonight for class but that's only a few hours.
Drinking lots of liquids, taking the pills, occaisional piece or 2 of
dark chocolate, time,................I will get better.

-> We'll just go over to Lowe's or Harris Teeter and catch our fish that
-> way.  A lot easier than getting all the gear (nearest MWR for rental is
-> Fort Bragg, too far away), license, spending the time, etc, etc.
-> Besides, then we have a wider choice. (G) We did have some wildcaught
-> shrimp that I'd had in the freezer as part of supper last week.

Now that sounds like a fun propisition for you. Is the boat big enough
to have a galley or will you have to wait until you get home to cook it?

Just so long as you don't go spreading stories about the size of your
catch should that happen.  The mental picture I get too...........(G)
