I use the filtered water for cooking too.  I've been able to make up OJ
in the morning, having it drinkable cold, from the water in the system.
In the summer, if I want to make OJ in the morning & have it cold, I
have to chill water the night before.

Check the ingredients lisiting; it could be a way of saying "brats that
are good cooked in beer" instead of "brats with beer in them".  With us,
the first issue was the scruples, 2nd one would have been the taste.
