I've been adding cabbage to several
dishes lately and we've been enjoying
it quite a bit. Napa Cabbage is quite

Last night when makiing dinner I 
decided to use up the one sweet 
tater I had on hand, so I added it
to the lima beans (basically steamed
it on top of them) and it came out
quite nice!

I always look, but it seems to me
that most markets are shrinking
their offerings. Used to be that
you'd find several different varieties
of every veggie offered...now that's 
a rarity.

Turns out that the higway between
Knoxville and the Carolinas was 
closed due to a huge snow storm!
Sister then went with her hubby
up to Michigan (his home state) 
to visit relatives. They are now
at Mom's this weekend and 
Mom may decide to go back 
with them and spend a few
weeks there.
