For the middle and upper classes. But there's still the disturbing
devaluation of human life that has always been a downside of
Chinese culture - as well as the attempted destruction of real
individuality of thought.

How many seconds would it take to get the kid off the mike?
Ten? Not much is going to happen - at least in the universe
of things where an ATC is going to make a difference - in a
few seconds. I'm sure that the controller in question was
keeping an eye on things.

Lengthening and widening, mostly for the 380 I think.

1. Try not to commit suicide at CDG, though that alternative
may tempt you when you see the airport. You might want to take
the RER someplace - the last train is at 2358, and you could
carouse in Paris until morning.

2. KL is a good food town - I have had the best tapas and the best
durian I've ever experienced  within a mile or two of each other.
There are numerous ways of getting to the city from the airport.

   Servings:  4

      8    Chinese-Style Red Or Black
           -Tea Bags Or:
    1/4 c  Regular Black Tea
      4 c  Boiling Water
           Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 c  Sweetened Condensed Milk

  Place tea in a teapot; pour water over tea.  Let steep for 5 minutes. Pour
  into 4 cups.  To each serving, add a dash of ground cinnamon and about 2
