Yeah, I did :)  Of course I had to make doggie treats as well.. found a nice
easy recipe for Toby .. glad I did, since soon after we got the new pups :)
They are two yellow-lab mix puppies, really little guys :)  Only about 8 or 9
weeks old!  They are little devils but they get along with Toby, so that's
great :)

Yes, that's what you'd do.  Just press f to get to the file menu, then cd
kittypics.  Once you do that you will be in the kittypics directory, and you
can type 'get filename.jpg' and the bbs will prompt you for what it needs
(target filename, like what you want to call it).

Hey, I understand.  Once you log onto the bbs with telnet, then you can use
bbbs's get command as above.

That's neat (g).  Geez, when I remind my daughter about how I had to throw a
pair of sneakers at her to clean her room way back when she was 11, she get's
upset <vbg>

Sadly that little girl didn't work out.. but these two lab-mix pups are just
great (smile)

They went overboard in my estimation.. I finally told the woman, thanks for
calling me back, but I've changed my mind.  She was going on about how any pup
I got would have to have professional training and she didn't like the idea of
Toby being unspayed.. even though I told them quite clearly that was because of
an allergic reaction he had to the bordatella vaccine (he got really sick from
it).  After I put up her attitude for about 25 minutes, that's when I ended the
conversation...She was some really young kid..

Anyway, then I found the neatest rescue about 45 minutes away from here, in
Greene NY.. The couple who runs the rescue is fantastic, and really cares about
placing their dogs in a good safe home.  They loved the idea of our fenced
yard, and understood why Toby hadn't been neutered.. and why we have always had
a neutered female around him (g).. So we were just going to get Sophie, the
female pup and then RON looked at the rescue page.. I showed him all the
'orphans'.. he saw the rest of Sophie's litter and said, maybe we should get
two.. <vbg>.. I said, umm... OK.  haha  so we got Sophie and Hooch (Hooch was
renamed to Indy by my grandson (g)) and they're here now :)
