LOL!  Yeah, I figure we are durian'ed out for now but if any fans want some,
we can get it locally.  Not ripe as wrong season I think, but frozen fillets.

Yeah, agreed mostly picnic and gab!

Farmers market too?  Historic Williamsberg about 1 hour drive north of me. 
Fun but only if most want to go there.  Same with fishing, ony works if most
want to try that.

Strawberry festival and local farmers market are about 15-20 min drive. 
Boardwalk VB oceanfront about 20 mins and asian grocery on way back is a mere
500 yards diversion (about 4 miles from my house, maybe 5).

Hehe should have read down.  Yes, big farmers market.  It may still be more
crafts than food at that date due to local crop times but it's no 'small side
street'.  We'd need to either stick toghter or have cell phone trees to find
one another in there.

Hehe that too! 

Here's what I *think* we want.  Gentle day Thursday with an evening meal eithe
r here if too much variation in arrival time, or if no one minds, a
restraunt.  Could be if most select along the Bonney road strip, we use one
right there.

OH!  Added value.  On Bonney road is a rental car place.  Folks who desire,
can just take a cab to the hotel and for 4-5$ get a cab to pickup a car the
next day if they prefer.  Enterprise and not all that cheap but may suit some
so I mention it.

'Some optional event' either Saturday or Sunday that our area has and others
arent used to.

Meal out can be decided once here if we dont decide earlier.  'Reservations
generally not required' (except for the fanciest spots with 5 course 5star
dinners at 200$ a patron).

Kinda figured Smackwater Jacks at 20$ suited us better or the 12$ *quite
good* prime rib at the local bar (non-smoking partition, rest of the place is
smoking but the parition is quality so should work for all).

VB BTW is in transition to 'all smoke free' but currently if the restraunt
has a bar, allows smoking with a separation.  I know most here do not smoke
so will take that into account.  I have to check smackwater jack on it but
the 'local watering hole' has one of the better solutions so far.
