That's probably the most cogent reason for the shapes. By the
way, as dim sum is Cantonese, and Canton is coastal, ground
shrimp is at least as common as ground pork in the standard
fillings.

V_nn_ White's Layered Pea Salad
cat: celebrity, salad
yield: 1

1 hd lettuce, chopped
1 c celery, diced
1/2 c green peppers, diced
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 md onion, diced
1 pk frozen peas, thawed
8 to 10 cooked bacon strips, crumbled
2 c Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 Tb sugar
1 pk shredded cheddar

TV Personality Vanna White does a lot more than just
turn letters on The Wheel of Fortune - she's also a
whiz in the kitchen as is evidenced by the following
delicious recipe. It's quick, easy, and gets an 'A'!

Layer the first 7 ingredients in a 9x13x2" casserole.

Mix Miracle Whip and sugar. Spread on top of layers in
dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of that.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
