He didn't seem to.  I'm afraid that one of these days he'll decide to
get up just as Mom or Dad is trying to get around/over him & knock that
parent off balance.  Not a pleasant thought but might become real, with
unfortunate consequences.

Good, solid doors like you don't find on modern houses.  Poor kitty.
Never heard of a calico Manx tho. (G)

Very much so, so she was adopted out. We found her outside of our church
building one morning--little scrap of a kitten (She fit in Steve's
hand.) but sounded like a full grown cat.

It was; we had her for about 8 months before we had to adopt her out.
She always knew when we'd pull out the popcorn pot--and made sure she
got her share before we could enjoy ours.

Sam didn't mind it, especially if Deborah was the one brushing him.  She
would also brush his teeth and sing duets with him. (G)
