They would certainly be "something different".

Coincidentally yesterday I heard a radio interview with a woman who
does the still photos used for publicising movies.  She still uses
medium format roll film, as she can get special effects in the
darkroom, in particular the creative use of graininess which can be
done with film.  I have also recorded a program on Annie Leibovitz to
watch later.

I still use the 1989 version of XTreeGold for handling my files.  It
works well on the Windows 95 computer.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Braised Lamb Shanks II
 Categories: Lamb, Meats
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      5    Lamb shanks (fat trimmed)
    100 ml Olive oil (1/2 c/8 tb)
      1 lg Carrot; peeled, sliced
           -thinly
      4 cl Garlic; chopped
      1 md Red onion; sliced
     30 ml Chopped hot chilies(opt)
    820 g  Italian plum tomatoes;
           -drained, chopped
      4 l  Potatoes, peeled and cut
      1 sm Lemon; zest of, in strips
    250 ml Dry white wine
           Salt
 
  Brown shanks well in half the oil. Set aside.
  
  Put rest of oil in a large casserole. Brown carrot, garlic, and onion
  in it. Add hot chilies, tomatoes, lemon zest, wine. Bring to a boil;
  reduce heat, add shanks and season to taste. Cover pan with foil and
  then with lid. Cook 2 1/2 hr over low heat or in a 325F (160C) oven.
  
  If using a pressure cooker, cook for 15 minutes after reaching
  pressure, cool and remove lid and add potatoes; replace lid and
  pressure cook another 10 minutes.  Depressurise and allow to cool for
  a while, then serve with rice or mashed potatoes and peas.
  
  Reheats well for next day.
