Since I didn't have it as a kid, I could make it however I wanted as an
adult.  When the girls were home, it was most often Sloppy Toms as I
used all ground turkey.  Now I'll use a mix of beef and turkey.  I've
usually served it on my home made bread--real comfort food there. (G)

OTOH, I really appreciate having it.  Lowe's had pork baby back ribs on
sale this week, as well as sirloin steaks.  We got some of each, put all
the ribs in the freezer since they were already frozen.  One steak went
in, the other will be cooked probably tomorrow night.

This was lightly breaded--nice, even if a bit came off into the dipping
sauce.
