I said they were standard; I also said the houses weren't.  Are you just
getting into an argument, or trying, for the sake of arguing or do you

There are some up the street that have been known to develop accidental
in-ground swimming pools.  The problem is that there are plenty of other
building lots in town with fewer problems.  Why on earth buy those two? 
And that doesn't excuse the lack of a garage in New England.
