Thanks, I think. I'm not much of a fan of on-line videos ... although I might
look to see if it's something I can download or capture in the background.
Streaming video doesn't seem to work anywhere near well on this confuser unless
I stop *all* other activity. Even then the results can be "spotty".

I might quibble with rinsing to adobo sauce from the chipotle. I know I'd
ignore the discarding of the placenta and seeds. I just don't understand chile

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Chile Colorado
 Categories: Chilies, Herbs, Sauces
      Yield: 3 1/2 cups

     20    Dried red chile pods, stems,
           - seeds removed
    1/4 ts Coriander seeds
    1/4 ts Cumin seeds
      1 tb Dried oregano
      4 cl Garlic
    1/4 c  Onion; coarse chopped
      1 tb Salt
      3 c  Warm water
 
  Power level: medium-high

  Cooking time: 20 minutes

  Coarsely grind the coriander and cumin seeds in a spice
  grinder, and then put into the bowl of the food processor.
  Break the chili pods into small pieces, and coarsely grind
  in the spice grinder, and then add to food processor bowl.
  Add the garlic and onion to the food processor, and process
  until the onions are chopped.
   
  Add the remaining ingredients and process until pureed.
  Place the mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and
  microwave on 70% (medium high) for twenty minutes, stirring
  after 10 minutes. (I assume you could make it on top of the
  stove, too.)
   
  Makes 3-1/2 cups.
