Hehe - funny to hear about, but I know it's not funny when you stick your foot
in boots or your walking along, and all you feel is squishy 'something' that
shouldn't be there (g)

Now that's something :)  I'm amazed they ignored Cash..  Guess they figured he
was far away enough for them to get out of the way.

For fences to keep rabbits out you really have to sink some wire mesh or
chicken wire down about 4 inches beneath the surface to keep them out.. little
pia.. but I had to do that in Warwick.  I used cheap chicken wire.

I can teach you how to skin one if you want (Lol).. my grandpa taught me when I
was about 10 or so - was pretty icky but the rabbit that got cooked was so good
(g)

Some people think that planting Marigolds amongst the plants helps repel
rabbits,  but I don't have the problem with rabbits, ground hogs, or what have
you, because of all the doggie and kitty smells around here (bg).  I know that
Marigolds did keep the aphids away from my broccoli and cabbage plants and
Basil plants keep insect pests away from Tomatoes :)

If you brush Cash and put just a bit of his fur from the brush or comb around
the plants they should be detered. That's what I'd do (smile)  That way you get
the scent of the dog near the plants.

Yeah, it's crazy.  I think about keeping Toby out of the kitchen when the pups
eat, and vice versa, but I don't want to have to do that (laugh).  Lazy me ...
Too much other nonsense to deal with (g).

I try to watch how much each of them eats because each one is so different in
size and need.  Sophie is still so small in stature and way to skinny I think..
Indy is getting huger but at a perfect weight - and Toby needs to lose some (g)
I could try to fill up Toby with veggies or fish before he gets his dog food,
but that costs (right now not good (vbg)).  So maybe I'll do that later.

Yeah it is pretty much.  Now and again we have to "take control" of the
situation  and let Indy and Sophie know we mean business :)  Predator drive (g)

Makes sense.. One time, he twisted just the wrong way and was stuck on the
reclining couch, lounging I guess (g), for about a week.  His dad had the same
problem.

Most definitely!  We've flipped the mattress over, bought another foam mattress
for the top, that helps a lot.. but we know the next "big" thing we do should
be to get a good mattress/boxspring/thingy.  Darn car sure did us in :(  But
I'm going to try to sell the Xterra with the burned out engine this week for
whatever I can get for it ($500.000 would be nice (g)).. should help.

===Sicilian Spinach===
It seems I can never make enough of this.

1 pound fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Rinse the spinach and lightly shake off the excess water.    Warm the olive oil
in a large skillet and add the minced garlic.  Saute until golden.  Add the
spinach and cover immediately.  Steam for 5-6 minutes.  Serve with butter and
salt on the table.
